I dont own a beach house but if I did I would depict it this way! Each stitch quilted by hand through all layers -starting with 3 and often more to 10. Beach House is a substantial piece and is equipped with a wood slat for hanging. Rich beautiful modern art quilt tapestry composed of wonderful repurposed upholstery fabrics sustainably sourced from furniture makers in deep vibrant reds, elegant gold silk, sultry pinks, tangy tangerine and rich satiny florals hand quilted in various yarns. You can feel the emotional charge that only art quilts bring. This original piece boasts a uniquely intuitive modern vibe. Beach House is a thick piece bringing a comforting gentle warmth to the space. Hand pieced and hand quilted one stitch at a time utilizing a large sharpened steel darning needle in various yarns through 3-10 layers of textile. This is one of a kind art and returns are not accepted. As in all of my pieces there is only one Beach House and the art will not be reproduced. This piece is signed by the artists stitched signature on the front corner before it is acquired and shipped, a sleeve on the reverse indicates the name of the piece and signature of the artist. The reverse includes a hanging sleeve handsewn to accommodate a wood slat included.

The art will arrive wrapped in plastic for protection, shipped gently folded or rolled. If shipped within the continental US piece may arrive rolled and may included a wood slat.
