Quite possibly the perfect food an egg and toast and in the corner a peek at midnight. Joyfully composed boasting a mid century modern aesthetic. An assemblage of unique textiles including rich linens, silks, a bright yolk in the middle of a buttery rich silky satin entirely hand stitched with natural cotton.‍ ‍

This piece is thick and substantial bringing a comforting warmth and over all hip modern vibe to the space. Hand pieced and hand quilted one stitch at a time utilizing a large steel darning needle in cotton yarn through 3-8 layers of textile. This is one of a kind art and returns are not accepted. As in all of my pieces there is only one Egg and the art will not be reproduced. This piece is signed by the artists stitched signature on the front corner before it is acquired and shipped, a sleeve on the reverse indicates the name of the piece and signature of the artist. The reverse includes a hanging sleeve handsewn to accommodate a wood slat or dowel included.

The art will arrive wrapped in plastic for protection, shipped gently folded or rolled. If shipped within the continental US piece may arrive rolled and may included a wood slat or dowel.
